All return items must be in good condition with all original accessories & packing. Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will result to a rejection on the returned item.

Defect or damage of the product caused by accidence, negligence, misuse, modification, improper voltage, unauthorized repair or alteration will not be protected by the money back guaranteed.

Refunds will NOT include shipping and handling fees to and from its original destination. The refund will also deduct any additional expenses, such as ebay listing fees.

If you are not satisfied with the product received for whatever reason(s), please notify us within 48 hours upon delivery. Gunsroar reserves the right to deny any claims for returns made after this period to your designated address if NO REPORT.
The refund will be credited to you once the return package are received by Gunsroar and will be in the currency that was originally provided.

3. Speedpost , FedEx , UPS , DHL

Some occasion package will be shipped via Speedpost for faster shipment (delivery time is approx. 3-4 days). If payment is sent via PayPal, we will ship to PayPal confirmed address only. Sorry, no P.O. Box, A.P.O. / F.P.O. addresses

Orders will be processed and sent within a 48 hours period, depending on the country, custom practices may cause an additional 3-4 working days on top of the actual delivery time.

Once your order is been shipped, tracking notification will be provided as soon as possible.

Tax & VAT

Gunsroar DO NOT charge tax on its merchandise. However, depending on the destination country, tax and/ or duty may be applicable on some occasions. We will try the best of our ability to avoid and/ or reduce these costs; however, we are not responsible for the package tax and/ or duty expenses. Please consult with your country's custom regulations for further details. If the customer rejects the package as a result of custom tax and/ or duty, we reserve the right to charge the customer shipping charges to and from its original destination, as well as 5% handling and restocking fee.

In a case where the package is being held in custom, please contact us immediately. DO NOT act upon the custom's request. We will contact our shipping service provider to resolve the issue as quick as possible.

If the package is returned as a result of refusal of tax and/ or duty charging from buyer and incorrect shipping information, we reserve the right to charge shipping cost to and from its original destination, as well as 5% handling fees.
